Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Company will terminate any project, regardless of the circumstances.

• A. Client can place any project on hold for a period of 10 days, if the client is unreachable after 10 days of hold, the project will be cancelled and will not be eligible for refund.
• B. A project cannot be cancelled after 3 revision requests.
• C. Refund is requested.
• D. A fraudulent card has been used to pay for the project.

However, the client can request for a refund at any point of time, they deem perfect.

Refund Policy:

A. WriterCosmos will provide 100% refund, however, this policy will be voided at any point of time inconsiderate of the situation. Furthermore, if the initial concept has been shared and a refund request is made, the refund will hence be prorated (less the processing fee and production cost incurred). Furthermore, refund will void if;

• i. Any request is made for revisions, it will be considered as a continuation of the project and refund will not be considered.
• ii. Change of mind (partially refunded)
• iii. The client has been unresponsive for more than 10 days.
• iv. Availed a discounted or promotion offer.
• v. The project has to be completed urgently.
• vi. Filed a dispute.
• vii. Project is outsourced by a third party.
• viii. Issues unrelated to the company and project.
• xi. Disagreement with their business partner, change of mind or/and hired another company for the same project.

B. If the client has received his refund, they will not be entitled to use any concept or design shared with the client, if found to be in use by the client under any circumstances, the client will be dealt legally.

C. Duplicate payments will be 100% refunded, without any delays.

D. The client remains responsible for sharing truthful information about their legal status, bank accounts, and tax information. Writer Cosmos does not hold any responsibility for a delay or cancellation of publishing that occurs due to wrong or misguided personal and professional information.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed, we will initiate the process.

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by WriterCosmos, the information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The Client agrees to contact Writer Cosmos and make a good-faith effort to resolve any concerns, disputes, or service-related issues before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a financial institution, credit card issuer, payment processor, or banking institution.

The Client acknowledges that publishing, editing, formatting, marketing, design, consultation, and related professional services may involve substantial work performed before final delivery or publication. Where services have been performed, partially performed, delivered, approved, or made available to the Client, Writer Cosmos reserves the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute using project records, correspondence, approvals, deliverables, work logs, contracts, invoices, and other supporting documentation.

A chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request shall not be valid where a project is delayed, suspended, or unable to be completed due to the Client's failure to provide required information, approvals, account access, account credentials, verification documents, or cooperation necessary for the completion of services.
